By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive communications, you agree to receive recurring automated and/or manually dialed SMS text messages from Ample Grace Psychiatry, including but not limited to:

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or making a purchase.

3. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with most major US carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to provide accurate and current contact information. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and email address you provide, and that you are 18 years of age or older (or the parent/guardian of a minor patient).

5. Nature of Communications

Ample Grace Psychiatry provides outpatient telepsychiatry services for adults in Minnesota, Oregon, and Nebraska. SMS and email communications through this program are for scheduling, coordination, and general care updates only. We do not advertise or communicate about substance use treatment requiring specialized programs, acute psychiatric crisis services, or inpatient care. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our messaging program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
